About Roshani

My involvement in belly dance began in September 1997 taking instruction with Celena at Fremont Adult School. It cane at a time when I needed to find an outlet from some personal issues and belly dance filled the void. Previous dance experience includes 6 yrs of Hula and Tahitian which really helped me with the various belly dance movements and shimmies. Over the last 10+ years I've had the pleasure of dancing with many different troupe members and hace made many good friends. My other interests include flea markets, cycling, horseback riding, road trips, RENO, supporting various animal rescue organizations, taking care of my cat and spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy trying new restaurants and tequilas!

Roshani's nickname within Troupe Celene is "The Sarge".
